Bill Brame was an excellent Real Estate Agent and helped me to find and purchase my first home. At the time, I was single, and had financial and safety concerns, and also wanted a large house, so it was not easy to find the right place in Los Angeles. After several months of searching, and a lot of patience and good suggestions from Bill, I found the perfect home. It was a bank owned, a cosmetic fixer, in a decent neighborhood, with a front and back yard and birds chirping all day. Did I mention also its in a terrific central location, in an up and coming neighborhood in Los Angeles? Its been near perfect. In addition, Bill Brame worked terrific with the bank and other agent and we actually had the option to close early. On top of all this, closing became more complicated as I was on a reward trip for work in the Virgin Islands and we needed to transmit some signatures from legal sized paper asap. Bill helped me to find the proper fax while I was so remote, and process everything in a timely manner. During the entire process, Bill Brame was an extraordinary real estate agent.
